Agreement and license
By using PantryWeek, you agree to these supplementary Terms. The app is licensed under Apple's Standard End User License Agreement, which governs the app license and controls if it conflicts with these Terms.
Planning information
Meal plans, ingredient lists, pantry suggestions and exported documents are organizational tools. You are responsible for checking ingredients, quantities, dietary needs, allergies, food safety and other decisions before relying on them.
Purchases and subscriptions
PantryWeek Pro is offered through Apple. Payment is charged to your Apple Account. Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the current period ends and can be managed in your Apple Account settings. Apple handles billing and refunds under its rules. The features and prices shown by the App Store control.
Your data and backups
PantryWeek stores ordinary working data locally. Content you explicitly share is stored and synchronized through your Apple iCloud account under Apple's terms. You are responsible for sharing only content you have the right to disclose, choosing appropriate participant permissions, keeping exported backups when information matters to you, and storing exported files securely. Removing the app or losing the device may remove local data that has not been backed up.
Availability and changes
Ohev Tech GmbH may update, change, suspend or discontinue features when reasonably necessary. Some functionality depends on Apple services or compatible apps such as ReciNote that are outside our control. We do not promise uninterrupted or error-free availability.
Permitted use
You may use PantryWeek only for lawful, personal or internal business purposes. You must not misuse the app, interfere with its operation, evade access controls or use it to violate another person's rights.
Disclaimer and liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, PantryWeek is provided as available without implied warranties. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive loss, or loss of data, revenue, profit or opportunity. Our aggregate liability is limited to the greater of the amount you paid for the app during the preceding 12 months or CHF 50. Nothing excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.
Termination
You may stop using PantryWeek at any time. We may restrict access for a material breach, security risk, fraud or legal requirement. Provisions intended to survive termination, including ownership, disclaimers and liability limits, continue to apply.
Law and changes to these Terms
These Terms are governed by Swiss law, without limiting mandatory consumer protections or jurisdiction rights that applicable law gives you. We may update these Terms for legal, security or material service changes and will publish the effective version here.
