Questions,
answered.
Does PantryWeek need an account or internet connection?
No. PantryWeek stores ordinary plans, recipes, pantry and shopping data on your device, and its core planning features work without an account or internet connection. If you choose iCloud Sharing, Apple processes the specific recipe, template or week you share and synchronizes it with the people you invite.
How is the shopping list created?
PantryWeek combines the ingredients from every meal in the selected plan, normalizes duplicates and leaves out items you have marked as on hand in the pantry. Each plan keeps its own shopping progress.
What is included for free?
The free tier includes one active weekly plan, up to 10 saved recipes, automatic shopping lists and pantry tracking.
What does PantryWeek Pro unlock?
Pro unlocks unlimited recipes and active plans, reusable weekly templates, pantry-aware suggestions, household planning, read-only or editable iCloud Sharing, PDF export, full backup and restore, and unlimited ReciNote imports. People you invite can participate in a share without subscribing.
Can I import recipes from ReciNote?
Yes. Open ReciNote from PantryWeek, choose a digitized recipe and return to PantryWeek to confirm the import. The recipe name and ingredients are transferred directly between the apps.
What happens if Pro expires?
Your existing data remains readable. Features that create or use Pro-only content become available again when Pro is active.
Can I restore or manage my subscription?
Yes. Restore Purchases and Manage Subscription are available from within the app. Apple handles billing, renewals and refunds.
