Who operates the game

Ohev Tech GmbH provides Pip’s Logic Garden. Contact jean@ohevtech.ch about privacy or support. This policy describes the current game and its support pages.

Information stored on your device

Puzzle completion, stars, programs, solution credits, revealed solutions, flowers, greenhouse placements, preferences, achievement progress and a Game Center player identifier used to bind local achievement reporting to the correct account are stored on your device. The game does not send this data to a developer-operated server. Achievement reporting to Apple is described below. Device backups may include local app data according to your Apple backup settings.

Purchases

Apple processes Full Garden purchases and payment information. The app reads verified StoreKit purchase and revocation information on your device to unlock levels and restore access. It does not request your payment-card details or send transaction records to a developer-operated backend. Apple handles App Store information under its own privacy policy.

Optional Game Center achievements

If Game Center authenticates your Apple player account, the app reports achievement identifiers and completion percentages to Apple and reads achievement progress from Game Center. Your Game Center player identifier is stored locally to prevent reporting one player’s achievements to another account. The app does not upload your programs or greenhouse layouts to Game Center. Apple operates the account, profile and achievement service under its own privacy terms; achievement activity may be visible to others according to your Game Center settings. You can use the puzzles without Game Center. Local achievements are retained offline and can synchronize when you reconnect.

Advertising, tracking and permissions

The current app contains no advertising or third-party analytics SDK and does not perform cross-app tracking. It does not request access to your contacts, camera, microphone or location. Sound effects and music play bundled audio files.

Support and website visits

If you email support, we receive your email address and whatever information you include, and use that information to answer your request. Please do not send sensitive information. Opening these website pages sends ordinary connection information, such as an IP address and browser request, to the website hosting service. This is separate from the game’s locally stored progress.

Deletion and your choices

Settings → Reset & data clears local game data, achievement progress and local Game Center account binding. It does not delete Apple purchase records or achievements already stored by Game Center. Connecting again can restore earned achievements from Apple. Manage Game Center sign-in and sharing in your Apple settings. Device backups are controlled through backup settings. Contact us to request access, correction or deletion of information sent to support; records needed to handle a request or meet applicable obligations may be retained.

Young players

The game itself does not ask players for a name, age, email address or account and contains no player chat. Optional Game Center features use Apple’s player account and profile; parents and guardians can manage Game Center and purchase restrictions through Apple’s device and family settings. A parent or guardian can contact support on a child’s behalf.
