Agreement and license
By using Nibblenext, you agree to these Terms. The app is licensed under Apple's Standard End User License Agreement, which governs the app license and controls if it conflicts with these supplementary Terms.
Permitted use
You may use the app only for lawful, personal or internal business purposes. You must not misuse the app, interfere with its operation, evade access controls, or use it to violate another person's rights.
Purchases and subscriptions
If the app offers purchases, payment is charged through your Apple Account. Apple handles billing and refunds under its rules. Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the current period ends and can be managed in your Apple Account settings. Features and prices shown by the App Store control.
Availability and changes
Ohev Tech GmbH may update, change, suspend, or discontinue features when reasonably necessary. The app may depend on Apple or third-party services that are outside our control. We do not promise uninterrupted or error-free availability.
No professional advice
Unless expressly stated otherwise, information produced by the app is general information only and is not medical, legal, financial, safety, or other professional advice. You remain responsible for decisions and for appropriate independent checks.
Disclaimer and liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, the app is provided as available without implied warranties. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive loss, loss of data, revenue, profit, or opportunity. Our aggregate liability is limited to the greater of the amount you paid for the app during the preceding 12 months or CHF 50. Nothing excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.
Your responsibility
To the extent permitted by law, you are responsible for losses and third-party claims resulting from your unlawful use, deliberate misuse, or material breach of these Terms.
Termination
You may stop using the app at any time. We may restrict access for a material breach, security risk, fraud, or legal requirement. Provisions intended to survive termination, including ownership, disclaimers, and liability limits, continue to apply.
Law and changes to these Terms
These Terms are governed by Swiss law, without limiting mandatory consumer protections or any jurisdiction rights that applicable law gives you. We may update these Terms for legal, security, or material service changes and will publish the effective version here.
