Do I need an account?
No. Hearthmark works without an account or backend.
What is included for free?
One property, up to eight maintained assets, built-in schedules, local reminders, and full completion history.
What does Pro unlock?
Unlimited assets, custom schedules, multiple properties, attachments, costs, exports, and local backup and restore.
Can I still read my records if Pro changes?
Yes. Existing records always remain readable.
